Assist with workshops and events (invites and actually running events)
Generally help our students and teachers to stay organised!

Guitar repairs & maintenance
Musical equipment sales and rental
Hours & Pay
This role is initially budgeted for 10 hours per week, but after your initial training period we're reasonably flexible for you to decide how and when you do the work. As the school grows, or if you'd like to take on greater responsibilities, we'd be happy to discuss ways for you to progress.
Our normal operating hours are Monday - Thursday 4pm-9pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm, but we do occasionally run events outside of these hours. Administration work can also be performed earlier in the day.
Payment rates will depend on your preferred employment type (part-time or casual), experience and responsibilities, but would range from $20-$30 per hour plus super.
Perks
Free guitar lessons for yourself (best way to understand what students and teachers go through!).
Personal and career development - in particular, we have in-house expertise in teaching, administration, accounting/finance, marketing and events.
Flexible working conditions and option to work from home for some hours each week
Be treated as an equal - we're a very small team and are open to new ideas and input.
